1. Eat Enough Protein Every Sitting⁣

Most people are under-eating. Yep, you heard that right.

Most people aren’t eating enough protein to see any changes.

Once your protein goes up, you’ll start noticing changes in the way you look, feel, and perform. ⁣

Shoot for about .8-1g per pound of ideal body weight.

2. Drink Enough Water⁣

The body does two things when it doesn’t have enough water.

It makes you tired and hungry.

Ever wonder why you’re always feeling hungry and unmotivated to get your workouts in? Dehydration can be the culprit.

Shoot to get about half of your body weight in ounces.

3. Have 4 Servings of Veggies/Fruits⁣

Most people aren’t getting enough nutrients in their food.

The average person eats the same 20 foods and usually it doesn’t consist of enough vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals.

Eating enough veggies/fruits per day will automatically cancel out all the junk & gives the body what it needs to be at its best.⁣

If you’re not doing all three of these every day, you’re leaving a lot of success behind. ⁣
