Most group classes focus on beating you down, packing as many people in as they can, and to make matters worse they don’t even know your name. At FiT PRiNT we do it completely differently.
With 7 different classes, we plan to challenge and support you in every facet but also meet you where you are. Our classes cap out at 20 ninjas to keep you safe and show you how coaching and actually caring are supposed to be done.

Our Class Types
The terrible thing about traditional group classes is that they don’t provide a personalized experience for those attending them. Even though you want to workout in a group setting, it doesn't mean your goals, preferences, and limitations shouldn’t be taken into consideration.
To overcome this dreadful downfall, we’ve sectioned our group classes into three incredible categories. This means that you can choose what works for you, so you can overcome your own personal milestones.
Strength
Are you looking for a little more functional strength in your day-to-day activities? Are you hoping to build muscle and see your overall tone start popping? Our strength category might be for you!
We have broken our strength classes down into a four-week stretch that helps you lift, sweat, and WORK! Before you know it, you’ll be stronger than you ever imagined!
Lifting weights is fun. It challenges your body in a big way. During WEEK 1 of your strength classes, we’ll start with HIGH REPS! This means that every movement will be 10-14 reps to build stronger mind-muscle connections and enhance your strength base.
During week one, we are preparing you for great things! So sign up, get working, and meet some other like-minded friends in your new group class in Orlando!
Once WEEK 2 hits, it’s game time! You can expect 8-12 reps of HEAVIER lifts. This means that you’ll start adding weight to your movements and feeling the burn (in the best way possible). You’re training your muscles to overcome adversity and break mental barriers.
Following that, welcome to WEEK 3! It’s getting real - real sweaty and real fun! We are upping your weight AGAIN, and you’ll be aiming for 6-10 reps. You’ll be absolutely perplexed at the incredible things your body can do. We will continue to add exercises that feel great for your body.
Finally, WEEK 4 hits and you’re aiming for 4-8 reps. This will feel heavy - but nothing is out of reach with the progress you’ve made! We refer to this as peak week, and you’ll feel like a million bucks!
Sweat
Are you looking to increase your endurance, so you can stay active for longer periods of time? Are you interested in improving your cardiovascular health in a big way? Our sweat classes are the perfect option for you!
These classes focus on intense cardio that pushes you to achieve greatness! By the end of our four week classes, you’ll be ready to run longer distances, keep up with the kids, and you’ll feel an overall improvement in your health!
If you’re struggling with weight loss, this is an excellent way to maximize your heart health and take control of your future. Our senseis stay open and connected with each of our ninjas to ensure that these classes are comfortable every step of the way.
During WEEK 1, you’ll engage in 30 seconds of werk with 10 seconds of rest! This will get you prepped for the incredible feats that you are about to accomplish moving forward.
As each week progresses, your time of WERK will increase while your rest period will decrease. By WEEK 4, you’ll be up to 60 seconds of werk with 15 seconds of rest. This is amazing!
You’ll become a more proficient lifter and your bod will get you through each second of intensity. You’ll prove to yourself how strong, resilient, and wonderful you are - because we all need that pick-me-up from time to time.
Mobility
Are you not as flexible as you used to be? Do you find yourself struggling with mobility? Don’t worry - you’re not alone! As we age and workout less, it’s normal for these things to decrease. However, you can take this feat into your own hands and teach your body how to get moving again!
Our mobility classes focus on pails/rails in WEEK 1 AND 2 and life offs/hovers in WEEK 3 AND 4! Not familiar with this? Don’t worry - we’re here to teach. PAILs refers to progressive angular isometric loading and RAILs refers to regressive angular isometric loading. The two work in conjunction to enhance your range of motion and overcome limitations. It will build the foundation you need for strength training and flexibility.
When talking about lift offs and hovers, we’re referring to different movements that help you gain more control in your joints! You’ll be able to hold difficult positions for longer and add function to your joints.
