Each person entering the Ninja Nutrition System will have a Ninja Success Guide that will steer them down the right path (a choice of 3 paths) focusing on 6 Steps to Fierceness for ultimate weight loss success & overall health. 

We’ll have specific dates that they start and stop phases so they know how long they need to buckle down and when a break will be coming. 

This guide will answer every question you could have and is always being updated.

Phases for Pushing & Sustaining
