Be Your Own Hero

Sometimes we tend to forget the big picture.

It's easy to get so frustrated with the short-sighted aspirations that you end up doing nothing for days, weeks, and even years.

Physical health isn’t just about lifting weights and losing fat to feel beach-ready, it’s about the ability to take your life and steer towards the future you want.⁣

There are so many people still hoping and wishing they could do things like go hiking or simply not be worried to go to the doctor's office.

And many are doing NOTHING about it because they're waiting for a hero to come and save them.

That hero could be motivation or the perfect plan but who knows if or when that day will ever come.

And as they wait, they suffer from not being able to enjoy life when their physical health is progressing & even thriving - and as they get older the suffering becomes a burden on others.

Will you ever be able to get back into the jeans you wore in high school?

Will you ever be as strong as you were in your younger days?

It's not certain, but what is certain is YOU WILL get more out of shape, weaker, and miss out on a lot of things if never find consistency.

You get to choose how your life plays out; there are no hard rules!

But if you think as I do, you know you can't ever stop and wait for someone to do it for you, you gotta get your ass up and take it one step at a time every damn day.

That's the beauty in it!

You get to create your own path while growing and developing into the best possible version you can be.

It's ok to slow down and adjust but never stop and take your physical health for granted.

It is the catalyst to a happy and long life.
